Residential Home Inspections

Are you buying or selling a home in Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Milton, Pace, Fort Walton Beach, or Destin, Florida?

1st Assured Inspections will perform visual inspections using the InterNachi home inspection standards of practice. Our clients receive a one-on-one review on site after the inspection or if you can’t make it we can schedule a web conference using Skype.   During the conference you will review a series of pictures taken during the inspection as if you were right by the inspector during the inspection. This allows you to interact with the inspector about any concerns that may arise.

General Home Inspection

A General Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property (as delineated below), performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by these standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. 1st Assured Inspections LLC recommends all clients to review the definitions and Scope of an inspection by InterNachi. When hiring an inspector you should ask, “What type of back ground does the inspector have?”, “What type of construction experience do they have?”, “What knowledge do they have when it comes to maintaining a home?”, “How long have they been in the inspection industry?, and “Do you want a mediocre home inspector or do you want one with the years of knowledge and experience before you make one of the largest investments in your life?”.  All of the aforementioned questions can be a factor in you receiving the best information necessary to make an informed decision.

Remember your home inspector is only as good as the inspector’s years of experience. Not all inspectors are the same.
